Joseph Veach Noble was much beloved and admired by the arts community for his numerous talents and deeds. Born on April 3, 1920, in Philadelphia, as a young boy he developed a love of collecting. His passion for knowledge and discerning eye remained with him throughout his life, guiding all his professional and personal endeavors.
